What sets you apart
- Experience: Experience in sales/retail (store assistant, sales consultant, customer advisor or similar) – beauty, cosmetics, tech or wellness are a plus
- Languages: Very good German, good English for daily customer contact
- Availability: Flexible for alternating shifts, Mon–Sat between 10:00–22:00
- Personality: You don't just want to hit goals, you want to crack them – with charisma and genuine interest in beauty, wellness and innovation
- Resilience: You stay confident even when the store is buzzing

- Attractive pay: As well as an above-average basic salary, you’ll benefit from a higher hourly rate on our busiest sales days – particularly Fridays and Saturdays. This means you’ll be rewarded for your hard work precisely when the shop is particularly busy.
