Jouw missie: Verkopen met enthousiasme en plezier! Satisfyer & GESKE staan voor innovatie, levenslust en lifestyle met impact. Van innovatieve self-care producten tot geavanceerde beauty technologie – wij brengen beleving tot leven. Als Store Manager (alle genderidentiteiten welkom) geef jij leiding aan het winkelteam, je inspireert klanten en maakt van onze store dé hotspot voor iedereen die op zoek is naar méér – meer inspiratie, meer stijl, meer beleving en persoonlijke aandacht.

Jouw rol in de winkel

Focus op verkopen: Jij ziet kansen en grijpt ze. Verkoop staat centraal in alles wat je doet.
Persoonlijk advies: Met jouw productkennis help je klanten bij het vinden van precies het juiste item.
Productkennis: Jij kent het assortiment van binnen en buiten en gebruikt die kennis om overtuigend advies te geven.
Multitasking voor meer verkoop: Adviseren, adviseren, adviseren. Wat er ook gebeurt, jij blijft gefocust op verkopen.
Leiderschap met energie: Je inspireert en motiveert jouw team, stimuleert samenwerking en houdt steeds het gezamenlijke succes voor ogen.
