Als Store Manager (alle genderidentiteiten welkom) geef jij leiding aan het winkelteam, je inspireert klanten en maakt van onze store dé hotspot voor iedereen die op zoek is naar méér – meer inspiratie, meer stijl, meer beleving en persoonlijke aandacht.

Jouw rol in de winkel
  • Focus op verkopen: Jij ziet kansen en grijpt ze. Verkoop staat centraal in alles wat je doet.
  • Persoonlijk advies: Met jouw productkennis help je klanten bij het vinden van precies het juiste item.
  • Productkennis: Jij kent het assortiment van binnen en buiten en gebruikt die kennis om overtuigend advies te geven.
  • Multitasking voor meer verkoop: Adviseren, adviseren, adviseren. Wat er ook gebeurt, jij blijft gefocust op verkopen.
  • Leiderschap met energie: Je inspireert en motiveert jouw team, stimuleert samenwerking en houdt steeds het gezamenlijke succes voor ogen.
